1.not advice
i am not a financial adviser, i am not an investment firm, and i am not authorised or supervised by consob or by any other financial regulator. nothing on the site, in the server, in my videos, in my dms or in anything i sell is financial advice, an offer or a solicitation to invest, or a recommendation addressed to you. it is educational: how i read the market and how i trade it, for you to learn from and to judge. the decision to trade, what to trade, how much and when, is yours, and so is the result.
2.futures and leverage
i trade index futures, mostly nq (nasdaq-100 e-mini and micro). futures are leveraged: a small move in the index is a large move in your account, in both directions, and it can happen in seconds. you can lose more than you put in on a live futures account, and you can lose the whole account on a prop firm one. most people who trade futures lose money. only ever risk money you can afford to lose entirely, and never money you need for rent, food, debts or family.
3.prop firms: simulated accounts, the firm's rules
most of the screenshots on the site come from prop firms (topstep, apex, alpha futures, tradeify, my funded futures, lucid and others). here is what those accounts are:
- a prop firm account, including a "funded" one, is a simulated account. trades are not sent to a live market; the firm tracks them in simulation. "funded" does not mean the firm hands you capital: it means you passed the firm's evaluation and it pays you a share of the profits made in simulation, under its rules.
- every firm has its own rules: daily loss limits, trailing drawdowns, consistency rules, minimum trading days, payout caps, payout schedules, and the right to change them. a payout is due only if the firm says it is due. i do not control that, and neither do you.
- evaluations cost money (a monthly fee or a one-off) and most people who attempt them fail. an "evaluation passed" or "account activated" card on the site is exactly that: a step, not money paid out. every card says which it is.
4.my results
past results do not determine future results. the numbers about me on the site and in my videos are mine, from the past, and picked by me: i show the months and the trades i chose to show, the losing days are not in the trades row, and i say so where it happens. my win rate moves with the month, bad months included. none of it is a projection for your account, and a month of mine says nothing about a month of yours.
5.member results
the payout screenshots, certificates and quotes were posted by individual members in the server. they are individual outcomes, not typical results, and not an indication of what you would get. the quotes are their words, not my claims: where a member names a number, it is their statement, not a figure i audited. the members with no results to show yet are in the server too, and there are more of them.
6.the signal room
the signals are my own levels, published to everyone in the channel at the same time, with take profit and stop, and managed live by me as the session develops: the stop is the same on every level unless i say otherwise, and i say so when it changes. they are educational input and a record of my read; they are not personalised recommendations, they are not sized for your account, and they are not matched to your capital, your risk or your situation. a level can be invalidated before you see it, a stop can be hit before a take profit, and some sessions have no level at all. taking them is your decision; sizing them is your decision; the result is yours.
7.dms, 1of1 and the bot
in my dms and in 1of1 work i tell you how i read the market and how i would size a trade for myself. i do not tell you what to do with your account, i do not manage anyone's money, i do not trade anyone's account, and i will never ask you for broker or prop firm credentials. in the premium channels my bot answers from my lessons and my breakdowns; it can make mistakes, and it does not tell you whether to take a trade. if you ask any of the three "should i take this?", the honest answer is that only you can decide.
8.the partner code
the code "matteo" is a partner code with tradeify and alpha futures. when you use it you get a discount from the firm and i get a commission from the firm. it costs you nothing extra: the discount is on your side and the price you pay is not higher for it. i say this next to the code on the site. i am not paid to say anything specific about either firm, and i have no partner relationship with any of the other firms named on the site.
9.the video and its thumbnail
the site links to one of my youtube videos, a trade breakdown. the thumbnail shows a figure in dollars and a car, and the title mentions a monthly figure. those are my past results and my past purchase, on the days shown, and nothing else: they are not a promise, not an average, not what a member should expect, and not what most people who trade get. the car is not an argument. the video teaches one trade; the caption under it on the site says the same thing.
10.names and trademarks
topstep, apex trader funding, alpha futures, tradeify, my funded futures, lucid, whop, discord, youtube, tiktok and instagram are trademarks of their owners. they are named on the site only to say which firm issued which document, or where something happens. no prop firm has endorsed the site or reviewed anything on it, and the site is not affiliated with youtube, instagram, tiktok, discord or whop.

everything here is for adults. if you are under 18, do not buy, do not join the niche discord at all, and do not trade.
